Do we have to already have a SAMs number in order to submit the application on January 15th or would you accept our application with a SAM number pending/being processed?

The SAM’s number will be required and requested if and when organizations are awarded contracts. Please be aware that pending is okay but no award will be made until you have the SAM’s number.
